Cancellation Policy: 72 hrs + in advance of your arrival date will not be
charged.
Less than 72 hrs before your arrival date will be charged the rate
for 1 night.
July & Aug Wkends/Holidays/Special Events: 7 days prior to
arrival to avoid a charge at the rate of one night's lodging
